seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Erode to consider the compliance made and to expeditiously dispose of the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act and received by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Erode on 30.06.2025 vide ATN20220021132C202500190 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Erode.

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Erode to consider the application filed by petitioner under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 on 30.05.2025.

2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner rectified the compliance on 10.04.2026, but still no action has been taken to dispose of the application under Section 14 of the Act.

3. In view of the above, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Erode is directed to decide the application under Section 14 of the Act in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Petition is disposed of.
