F.I.R.No.463 of 2023 on the file of the respondent-Police within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, on instructions, submitted that the investigation in Crime No.463 of 2023 is over and final report has already been made ready, however, e-filing formalities is pending and it will be done as expeditiously as possible.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the respondent/Police is directed to file the final report before the competent jurisdictional Court as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of fifteen days from today.
