This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.14924 of 2022 in Crl.

O.P.No.1159 of 2022 dated 17.10.2022 that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on 1st of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.14924 of 2022 in Crl.

O.P.No.1159 of 2022 dated 17.10.2022 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
