ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences under Section 306 r/w. 116 of IPC in Crime No.456 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The case of the prosecution is that due to wordy quarrel the petitioner along with other accused abused the victim and also abetted him to commit suicide and thereby the deceased self immolated.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the owner's son of Magarajothi Transport. There was a dispute between the employees of his transport company and the petitioner has nothing to do with the alleged offence. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner is the owner's son of the Transport Company and the deceased was working in the said company, due to wordy quarrel the petitioner along with other accused abused and abetted the victim to commit suicide and thereby the deceased self immolated.

6. Considering the facts of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
