2. In the order dated 30.07.2019, it is reflected that there is no representation for the petitioner though the name is printed in the cause list. Hence, it was directed that the matter be placed for dismissal on 13.08.2019 i.e., today.

3. As stated earlier, today also, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, M.P.Nos.1 and 2 of 2014 are also dismissed.
