Crl.M.P.No.8164 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.10821 of 2023 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN. J, This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 10.05.2023 made in Crl.O.P.No.10821 of 2023 that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation substantially completed and the petitioner is complying the condition by reporting before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10821 of 2023 dated 10.05.2023 is relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly. The petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer twice in a month on 1st and 3rd Monday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders instead of daily at 10.30 a.m.
