This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.06.2024. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he made representation before the respondent to issue patta for his property in Survey No.582/1, Plot No.3, measuring an extent of 2,125 sq.ft., situated at Ambattur Village. However, the same has not been considered by the respondent. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.06.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits for issuance of patta in the name of the petitioner, after 2/4

giving notice to the neighbouring land owners, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
