This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioners on bail pending investigation in crime No. 120 of 2024 pending investigation before the respondent police station.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the respondent police found the accused persons with illegal possession of banned tobacco products worth about 15 lakhs. Hence, the case.

3. Heard both sides.
