O R D E R

Being aggrieved by certain deductions made from the petitioner's account towards the charges allegedly omitted by the respondent, the petitioner has given a representation on 23.11.2010 to the respondent. Since the respondent had not considered the petitioner's representation till date, he has filed this writ petition and seeks a direction to the respondent to consider his representation.

2. Mr. Santhanaraman, learned standing counsel on behalf of the respondent would submit that if a specific direction is given to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, the same would be complied with. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In such circumstances, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.11.2010 on its own merits and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

4. With the above direction the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
