This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners to execute common bond for Rs.10,000/- each instead of the petitioners shall execute a separate bond for Rs.25,000/- each with two sureties in Crl.O.P.No.4845 of 2023 by order dated 13.03.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for modification of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would also submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.4845 of 2023 by an order dated 13.03.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall execute common bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties for a like sum. Further, the second and fourth petitioners shall appear before the respondent police for a period of one week and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
