Crl.M.P. No. 8297 of 2023 in Crl.O.P. No. 16710 of 2021 SUNDER MOHAN, J This petition has been filed to accept the affidavit and grant a further period of six months time for getting sanction under Section 19 of the Prevention of Corruption Act for laying charge sheet.

2.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the investigation is completed and they require further time to obtain sanction to prosecute the accused in the said case and hence, seeks six months time.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the request made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is ordered and a further period of four months time is extended to the petitioner to complete the investigation and file a final report as ordered by this Court.
