(Order of the court was made by R. MAHADEVAN, J.) This Review Application has been filed seeking to review the common order dated 31.03.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.40074 of 2016.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this review application, as the applicant is inclined to file an application for Samadhan Scheme under the provisions of The Tamil Nadu Taxes (Settlement of Arrears) Act, 2023. He has also made an endorsement in the case bundle, to that effect.
