This application is filed to direct the respondent to furnish security for the suit claim of Rs.7,63,06,450/-, failing which, for an order of attachment before judgment of the four items of property described in the schedule to the judges summons. 2.In response to the application, the respondent / defendant has filed an affidavit dated 16.12.2021. In such affidavit, the respondent / defendant has stated that he is not the owner of Item 1 in the schedule. As regards Items 2, 3 and 4, he has undertaken as under:- "4.
