J U D G M E N T
When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the appellant/Insurance Company fairly submits that the entire compensation amount has been deposited by the Insurance Company and the same has been withdrawn by the claimants before the appeal was taken on file by this Court and submitted that the appeal may be dismissed as nothing survives https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
to adjudicate the matter.
2. In view of the statement of the learned counsel for the appellant/Insurance Company, nothing survives for adjudication in the appeal and hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
