necessary documents to discharge the mortgage of the immovable property to an extent of 1.23 Acres of Land and Factory Building - Bengorm Tea Factory located at RS.No.294/3B, Door No.17/53, 55, 67, 68, 74, 77, Bengorm Estate situated at Hulickal Village, Coonoor - 643 101 in terms of the 1st respondent's "NOC for Release of Bengorm Property" dated 22.10.2021 and release the title deeds of the property to the 2nd respondent.
