ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to investigate the case and to file final report in Crime No.116 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that if three months time is granted by this Court, the investigation would be completed and final report would be filed by the respondent before the concerned Court. The said statement is recorded.

3.In view of the above the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file final report within within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
