ORDER

Seeking a direction to the third respondent to register the case and take appropriate action as per law on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 01.12.2014 to the first respondent and which was forwarded to the third respondent, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents that a case has been registered in Crime No.183/2015 on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 01.12.2014. The said statement is recorded. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
