ORDER
With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. This writ petition is filed to direct the second respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 23.05.2024 filed by the petitioner within the time as may be stipulated by this Court.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
4. It is the case of the petitioner that when the guardian of the petitioner submitted an application to survey and demarcate his lands on 22.11.2006, the same has been rejected by the fourth respondent. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner had preferred an appeal on 05.12.2022 before the third respondent and third respondent has confirmed the Order of the third respondent. As against which, the petitioner filed an appeal has been filed before the second respondent, which is pending without any progress. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 23.05.2024 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of the two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
