ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 26.12.2014 and to investigate the same in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.It is seen that the petitioner has given a complaint dated 26.12.2014 by post to the Commissioner of Police, Vepery, Chennai, making allegations against one Gayathri. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by one Gayathri to C4, Somangalam Police Station, a case in crime No.130 of 2015 for offences under Sections 420 and 506(i) IPC has been registered against one Rajesh and the petitioner and the investigation is still pending. Now, this complaint is a counter complaint against the said Gayathri, who is the defacto complainant in Crime No.130 of 2015. Hence, the petitioner is directed to go in person and give a copy of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complaint dated 26.12.2014 to the Inspector of Police, C4 Somangalam Police Station and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and take action in accordance with law. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
