By proceedings of the Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Horticulture Development Agency dated 06.07.2022, the order in respect of which contempt is alleged dated 07.02.2022, is stated to have been complied.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would dispute the quantification of the amount. However, seeing as the order has been complied with, petitioner is granted liberty to challenge order dated 06.07.2022 in a manner known to law.

3. Incidentally, learned counsel for the respondent states that the respondent has been unable to transfer the amount of Rs.16,68,490/- under proceeding dated 06.07.2022 for want of proper bank account details of the petitioner. Let the same be supplied to the respondents in order that they may transfer the amount.
