This Court by order dated 18.02.2013, directed the petitioners to resubmit the returned document dated 28.03.2012, to the third respondent therein and the third respondent was directed to pass orders on merits. Learned Government Advocate, on instructions from the respondent, submits that the said document was returned to the parties after collecting deficit stamp duty and also submits that the order dated 18.02.2013, in W.P. No.3916 of 2013 has been complied with. Since the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the matter and no one appeared on behalf of the petitioners, this Court is inclined to dispose this petition based on the information furnished by the learned Government Advocate.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, this Contempt Petition is closed.
