Company Application 951 of 2014 has been filed to condone the delay of 2731 days in filing an application to set aside the order dated 02.03.2007 passed in Comp.Appln.No.3250 of 1992 in C.P.No.23 of 1986.

2. Company Application No.273 of 2015 has been filed to recall the exparte final order dated 02.03.2007 passed in C.A.No.3250 of 1992 in C.P.No.23 of 1986 and consequently to dismiss the company application No.3250 of 1992 in C.P.No.23 of 1986 filed by the Respondent.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. Learned Official Liquidator appearing for the Respondent submitted that Company in liquidation was dissolved vide order of this Court dated 17.12.2021.

4. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these Applications and considering the submission made by the learned Official Liquidator, delay of 2731 days in filing an application to set aside the order dated https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

Comp.A.Nos.951 of 2014 and 273 of 2015 in C.A.No.3250 of 1992 in C.P.No.23 of 1986 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J.

arr 02.03.2007 passed in Comp.Appln.No.3250 of 1992 in C.P.No.23 of 1986 is condoned and the order dated 02.03.2007 passed in Comp.Appln.No.3250 of 1992 in C.P.No.23 of 1986 is recalled.
