ORDER

Seeking a direction to the second respondent to expedite the investigation of the case in Crime No.166/2015 and file a final report, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he had supplied some chemicals to the accused and the accused has not made payments for the goods received. The First Information Report was registered only on 3.3.2015.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation is going on.

4. Taking into consideration of the nature of the alleged offence and the fact that FIR was registered only on 3.3.2015, this Court is of the opinion that it is not a fit case to issue any https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

positive direction to the respondent to complete the investigation within a certain period of time. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
