Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.11.2015 along with her earlier records and documents. For Petitioner :

The petitioner, who was provisionally selected for the post of Primary School Teacher in the year 2015 pursuant to the notification issued by the Directorate of School Education, Government of Puducherry, made a representation to the first respondent seeking issuance of Residence Certificate for the purpose of producing the same, when she is called for verification of original documents, owing to her selection. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Since no action is forthcoming on the representation made by her and as there is urgency, the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition seeking to expedite the disposal of her representation.

In view of the limited scope of the relief sought, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.11.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Connected M.P. is closed.
