(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) These petitions are filed by the petitioner seeking to accept the cause title in the above original side appeals.

Mr.R.Sidharth, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents and submitted that he has no objection in ordering these petitions. 3.

Heard Mr.A.Sivaji, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, who submitted that on account of death of some trustees, their legal heirs were brought on record as trustees by this Court on applications moved by the trust. He further submitted that the trust is a composite trust and the same is governed by the scheme framed by this Court.
