JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the appellants submitted that the first and second appellants died during the pendency of the Second Appeal. When the letter was written to the third appellant, the same was returned with an endorsement "insufficient address". The returned cover was also produced before this Court. The learned counsel submitted that since there are no instructions from the appellants, they are not able to take any steps to implead the legal representatives of the deceased appellants.
