ORDER

This Writ petition is filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to conduct enquiry and take action pursuant to the representations of the petitioner dated 17.05.2024 and 16.04.2025 filed under Section 36 of the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he has made representations in respect to certain allegations in respect of the affairs of the second respondent and the complaint made to the first respondent is yet to be acted upon.

3. Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the first respondent, on written instructions, submitted that already the representation of the petitioner had been taken, the enquiry 2/5

has also been commenced and the enquiry will be completed within the time as fixed by this Court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition stands disposed with a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and in view of the enquiry on going, complete the process and pass final orders on merits in accordance with law after affording opportunities to all the necessary parties within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
