Respondents PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in Na.Ka.No.209/2018 dated 24.08.2018 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein and quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent to release the sale deed dated 23.07.2018 bearing Document No.865 of 2018 on the file of the SRO, Salavakkam to the petitioner with respect to the property measuring an extent of 2.30 acres of Acre 2.80 cents comprised in Survey No.144 of Sirumayaloor Village, Uthiramerur Taluk, Kancheepuram District.
