ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was remanded to judicial custody on 31.07.2021 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 452, 294(b), 365, 342, 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. @ 147, 148, 452, 294(b), 364(A), 342, 307 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. in Cr.No.311 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.It is the case of the prosecution that the defacto complainant is alleged to have borrowed money from the petitioner and since he did not repay the same, the petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the defacto complainant for ransom.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that investigation is still pending and there is one previous case as against the petitioner.

5.Considering the fact that investigation is still pending and since there is one previous case as against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
