(CR.NO.659/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition No.5(e) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.11121 of 2021 dated 05/07/2021 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SATHIYARAJ E., Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOPINATH Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 05.07.2021 this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 05.07.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10:30 am till the filling of charge sheet. Thereafter, the petitioner shall appear before the trial court on each and every hearing until further orders.
