Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the complaint dated 18.02.2015 and investigate the same which is pending on the file of the respondent, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.
3.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent that the complaint given by the petitioner dated 18.02.2015 was closed by the respondent police for non co-operation on the part of the petitioner. 4.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the respondent police and co-operate with the investigation and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
