[Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] Instant writ petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to take appropriate action against the third respondent industry, under Sections 56 and 57 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971, in the light of the petitioner's representation, dated 9th April 2018.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, circulated a letter, dated 22nd October 2019, to the Registry, stating that the petitioner is not inclined to prosecute the case and hence instructed to withdraw the same.
