ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 26.03.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that a petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.111 of 2015, before the Virudhachalam Police and on the instructions from Virdhachalam Police, it appears that Singanallur Police has asked the petitioner to come for enquiry.
4. It is alleged by the petitioner in the petition that one Sivasankar claiming himself to be an intelligence officer has come to his house and harassed his wife. The said Sivasankar has not been seen by this petitioner. In such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, Virdhachalam https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Police and also given a copy of the complaint dated 26.03.2015 in person to the said police station, who shall enquire into it in accordance with law.
5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
