Seeking a direction to the respondent Police to investigate in Crime No.532/2014 pending on the file of Inspector of Police, D-1, Thiruthani Police Station and file final report within time frame, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that petition enquiry is pending.

4. In view of the above, the respondent police shall conduct an enquiry and complete the same and either register a case or drop action expeditiously preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
