(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 363 and 354(B) of IPC and Section 8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act,(POCSO) 2012, in Crime No.1222 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
