In view of the order passed in the main writ petition remitting the matter back to the first respondent-Union of India, for fresh consideration and directing the writ petitioner-company to approach the second and third respondents to make a request with regard to supply of gas till the matter is considered by the first respondent, there is no necessity for impleading the present petitioners, who are the employees of the writ petitioner-Company, as party respondents in the writ petition and hence, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
