(CR.NO.69/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance, with the periods of fifteen days from the day of receipt of a copy of this order, before the learned Judicial Magistrate-2, Thiruvallur, on the condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) each, with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned in Crl.O.P.No.6969 of 2021 dated 27.04.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.PARTHIBAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOPINATH Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioner to modify the Jurisdiction Court to some other court in Crl.O.P.No.6969 of 2021 to surrender and execute the sureties.

2.Heard both sides.

3. In view of the above submissions, this modification petition is dismissed. However, time is extended by a period of two weeks for execution of sureties.
