Seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case against the accused persons in respect of the complaint dated 16.03.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.It is seen that the petition enquiry is pending in this matter and it is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent that there are three groups who are collecting money from the public for panchayat. 4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondent is directed to call all the parties concerned and conduct enquiry in this matter and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
