ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324 @ 506(II) IPC, in Crime No.161 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. This is the second anticipatory bail application filed before this Court. Earlier, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.9594 of 2021 dated 26.05.2021. Further, the petitioners counsel could not file copy of application within time limit. Hence, the present petition has been filed before this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the first petitioner having 11 previous cases pending. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as against the first petitioner and there is no previous case pending as against the second and third petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed and time is extended by a further period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioners 2 and 3 to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9594 of 2021 dated 26.05.2021.
