ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the respondent to complete the enquiry pending before him vide his

proceedings in Na.Ka. No 3990/ E / 2025 initiated on the petitioner's complaint dated 18.08.2025 and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible

2. Though none appeared on behalf of the petitioner, the learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint dated 18.08.2025, enquiry was conducted and final order also passed by the respondent on 21.04.2026. That may be reason none appeared for the petitioner.

3. In view of the order passed by the respondent, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
