Prayer: Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur to extent the time fixed in C.M.P.No.1989 of 2019 in C.A.No.23 of 2019 dated 25.04.2019 to deposit the 20% of the cheque amount by four weeks. For Petitioner : Mr.K.Balaji
ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking for extension of time to deposit 20% of compensation amount which was made as a condition for Suspension of Sentence by the Appellate Court.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the amount has been made ready and that it will be deposited on or before 28.06.2019 and one final opportunity shall be given to the petitioner to make the deposit, failing which, the Suspension of Sentence will be cancelled and the petitioner will have to undergo imprisonment.
3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to deposit 20% of the compensation amount on or before 28.06.2019. The petitioner shall also comply with all the other conditions imposed by the Court below, at the time of passing of the order of Suspension of Sentence.
4. It is made clear that if the petitioner fails to make the deposit on or before 28.06.2019, the Suspension of Sentence order shall stand revoked automatically and the petitioner has to face the consequences.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
