ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondents not to interfere between petitioner and his creditor Veerabatran.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that on the complaint given by one Velumani against

this petitioner, petition enquiry in C.No.283 of 2016 before the second respondent police is pending.

4. In the meantime, the petitioner has also sent a complaint dated 18.08.2016 to the Commissioner of Police, Tiruppur by post, which has been closed on 29.08.2016. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent for enquiry and during the course enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed. If any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest.

With the above direction, the criminal original petition is closed.
