Captioned 'Civil Miscellaneous Petition' (hereinafter 'CMP' for the sake of brevity) has been filed with innocuous dispense with prayer i.e., prayer to dispense with production of certified copy of the order that is being assailed in the main intra court appeal i.e., Original Side Appeal.

2. Mr.Adarsh Subramanian, learned counsel for CMP petitioners submits that a copy/print out of the order generated from the official website has been filed and we find that the same is there in the case file. We make it clear (as we have done multiple times in the past) that such copies from the official website will suffice and the Registry or other authorities/persons shall not insist on certified copies as such copies are both Water marked and QR coded.
