This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 77 days in filing the Criminal Revision against the Judgment dated 18.08.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.36 of 2022 in M.C.No.8 of 2021 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthangarai, Krishnagiri.

2. Though notice was served with the respondent and her name is printed in the cause list, there is no representation for the respondent. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision, if it is in order, and list the matter for admission.
