O R D E R

This petition has been filed to modify the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.1989 of 2014 dated 13.03.2014, by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruppur,.

2. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruppur while granting bail has imposed condition stating that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum Rs.25,000/- with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate and both the sureties should produce the original documents or Deeds in respect of proof of residence and on further condition that the petitioner should appear before the Forest Ranger, Tiruppur for interrogation and the petitioner should appear before the concerned trial court daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.

3. The counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not having any immovable property and also not having https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the sureties who are owning immovable properties and he is not in a position to come out of incarceration.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the conditions on the petitioner by the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Tiruppur, Crl.M.P.No.1989 of 2014 dated 13.03.2014, that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum Rs.25,000/- with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate and both the sureties should produce the original documents or Deeds in respect of proof of residence, are modified as follows :

i)The petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five thousand only) with two local sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruppur.

5. All the other conditions imposed on the petitioner in the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.1989 of 2014 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruppur, remain unaltered.

6. With the above modification, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
