ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking police protection to the petitioner and her family members for the reasons stated in the complaint dated 25.05.2023 in C.S.R.No.1190 on the file of the third respondent. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.

It is seen that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and counter party. However, the petitioner without approaching the Civil Court keep on lodging the complaints that too for seeking police protection. Further after due enquiry, the complaint lodged by the petitioner has been closed. Therefore, the direction sought for in this petition cannot be considered and the petition is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
