By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to make necessary entries in the revenue records and issue patta by entering the name of the petitioner in the Village Accounts and Taluk Accounts in respect of land in Survey No.204/1, 54 square meter situated at U.Nemili Village, Ulundurpet, consequent to the Settlement Deed dated 08.11.2023 issued in the favour of the petitioner, by considering the petitioner's representations dated 16.11.2023 and 19.02.2024.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

The grievance of the petitioner is that she has given representation to the respondents for the issuance of patta and the same has not been considered. Hence, she seeks a direction. 5.

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.02.2024 and pass appropriate orders, on its own merits, by considering the civil court decrees before the authorities for consideration, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
