ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to register the complaint dated 11.08.2016 and investigate the complaint.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents/State.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by one Kasi, the respondent police have registered a case in Crime No.215 of 2016 against the petitioner for offences under Section 294(b), 323 and 353, IPC and Section 3(1)(r) and 3(1)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act and as a counterblast, the petitioner has given a complaint dated 11.08.2016, based on which, petition enquiry in CSR No.294 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2016 was conducted and the same was closed on 12.08.2016. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.
