This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to measure and fix boundary stones to the petitioner's land comprised in Survey No.170/2B as per the Petitioner's Sale Deed dated 29.01.2001 and patta No.246 Aaragalur village, Attur Taluk, Salem District, by passing orders on representation dated 08.09.2020.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 08.09.2020, wherein the petitioner is seeking for survey of the subject property and to mark the boundaries.

Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the first respondent has already fixed a date for enquiry on 09.11.2020 at 11.00 a.m. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the necessary documents.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the first respondent has already called the petitioner for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to complete the process within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
