Crl.M.P.No.8280 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.32375 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA , J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32375 of 2022 dated 21.02.2023, passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police daily at 5.30 p.m., for a period of three months and thereafter, appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
